This is my illo for The Line It Is Drawn 44: OUR DC Number Ones!, which celebrated DC's New52 when it was still new.
I welcomed it with careful, yet open arms when it was announced as it gave me hope that DC would redeem themselves of their poor handling of Ryan Choi, post-Gail Simone.
I became more hopeful when Jim Lee stated that Ryan would be the Nude52's Atom. Almost 2 years later, we get... Rhonda Pineda.
Well... at least she's a woman of color.
Anyway, I hope y'all digs this. Here's a better look at the costume redesign: [link]

Well, Ryan Choi does at least exist in the New 52. In Justice League #3 (I want to say), a list of Cyborg's technology is listed off. Within the list it says, "White Dwarf Star Stabilizer/ Graduate Student Choi, Ryan"
After Trinity War, I think she's going to get her own solo but there's no confirmation on that at all, its just me guessing. I'm sure Choi and Palmer both would appear in her solo series.
