Look! It's my favorite TWD character!

This is illo was supposed to be part of The Line It Is Drawn, but I declined to submit for that week because the challenge called for drawing in another artist's style and I failed to capture the style of the artist I chose.

Oh, well. I still enjoyed quickly putting together this illo cuz it was one of my first attempts, if not THE very first, working with Manga Studio EX.

The coloring process isn't very efficient (or I haven't found an efficient process to work with in it) so I learned to just heavily rely on Manga Studio EX for digital sketching and inking. The pens/brushes are fantastic and the perspective rulers are the absolute best tools. It's worth getting the software for those alone.

Glenn is my second favorite character (Daryl is my number one, of course). I think your drawing it's very Glenn, if you know what I mean. The clothes on him, the attitude, the thinking, all very Glenn style. Plus, I really like the lines and colors on your particular scene/drawing.

Hey man this is awesome! A lost Mic TLiiD how exciting!

I always find it difficult to jump into another artists style; it's just damn hard to re-wire your brain like that.

Looking at that weeks entries though... man, Dan and Caanan are good. Like scary good.

I think this is when THE lightbulb truly turned on for me and realized how Caanan will be going places soonish. It's that one critical moment where I discovered for myself "Oh! I get who he is, who inspires him as an artist, and what he's tryna accomplish now." Brilliant stuff.

I've started to watch the walking dead!! I've just finished season 1 and I'm already hooked up!!! it scares me (I hate zombies) but I like the plot so I force myself to watch it XD ain't I a masochist? lool Glenn is definitely the best of them all, (maybe after Rick and maybe ex eaquo with Dayle) :"3 you did a good job seriously
